Years Produced: 1942 – 1954 Length: 2 7/8” Weight: .4 oz. General Notes: The only model of the three bomber sizes produced after WW II. It was renamed the Kreeker. The wartime #02 & #29 Victory finishes had a “V” & the Morse code for "V" on the side. In 1946 the company dropped the side motif & made the baits in plain two-tone colors or the other standard colors. This wooden bait is a shallow diver. No painted eyes on the two Victory colors. |
Description
of Pictured Lure: #6629 in Yellow & Red Victory. Most consider this the most desirable color on this series. Usual single line tie, two treble hooks, but no eyes were painted on this color. A great wartime bait with a patriotic name & design. |
